Example of carpentry skills on recent projects undertaken by Hampshire Kitchen Builder.
As part of a building conversion and renovation project of an 80 year old cottage styled house in Cowplain, Hampshire the photographs below step through the first stage process. Hampshire Home Builder cooperated fully with the client who carried out the stripping out of the 3 rooms, consisting of the ground floor master bedroom, hallway and dining room. The walls were in a very poor state, which the client had prepared and plastered, and every door was out of alignment, as were the walls therefore most of the door linings had to be built specific to the enclosure. The client purchased all the materials seperately from a detailed list and supplier that we recommended. The quality of the oak was paramount in order to maintain consistency of wood colouring and quality. See also the follow on part of this project HERE.
